Ingredients
- 3/4 cup low-fat or fat-free chocolate frozen yogurt
- 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chilled water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Add the frozen yogurt, yogurt, milk powder, cocoa powder, water and vanilla to a blender container. Cover and puree until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass.
Note: Freeze any leftover smoothie in Popsicle molds for frozen treats anytime.
